Absolutely love your work and ideas on how football at these early ages should be played, I coach U8’s and we constantly follow your ideas in nearly everything we do, we have a great group of children and brilliant supportive parents !!
Do you know when you’ll be coming to Nottingham doing a CPD anytime soon ?

Tom, G'day from Sydney😀 Thanks for posting on our forum and getting involved in our conversations. I smiled when I read your post as the DNA Roadshow events gave me the opportunity to meet so many committed grassroots coaches and to work with some great young players so I will always be grateful to the many coaches that would turn up and give me even more of their precious free time. Regarding future CPD events I should never say never but at the moment there are no plans to replicate the roadshows in lots of our CFA's but I recently spoke with Birmingham FA about hosting an event with them so that we could show how some of the practices on our website work for real and also to showcase our love of 3v3 as the perfect format after our Play Phase 2v2 format. This is likely to take place in the New Year so I can keep you posted on here with any future developments.
I am so glad you found the CPD events useful and it sounds like you have created a really special environment for your players and their parents and this must always be the starting point for any development that will follow so well done and keep it going. Best wishes. Pete
