Hi coaches

I have been a little obsessed with the development of more skilful players and those creative "game changers". With this in mind I have put some thoughts together and I have attached these to this post. If you have any feedback please let me know and we can share this on our forum.

We bring you a mix of National Coaches, Technical Directors, academy and grassroots coaches so something for everyone.

We have also prepared a 10 week plan for coaches to use as the new season kicks off. The plan includes 30 activities and games to support you and to take the pressure off you at this busy time of the year. These animated sessions were compiled using Sports Session Planner and they give a clear visual and explanation for each activity so look out for them coming soon.

Do you know if the FA have any plans to reinforce play phase. I am a captain of play and love it, but I have also seen so many clubs coaching 4-6 year olds where they have them dribbling round cones and coaching in a more traditional way.

The games videos on england learning are great so I know info is out there.

Some coaches that I speak to don't get why you would coach football, without a child kicking a football. I think this is a common thought.
