2v2. Scaling the game for our youngest players.
I am a real advocate of trying to devise a game that fits with the children and not the other way around and 2v2 (or even 2v1) is a great place to begin the development of great ability with both the body and the ball. The game provides lots of repetition of similar things but not of the same things and it is a small enough format for every player, regardless of ability to feel involved and part of the game.
To help your observation skills I have attached some information I have put together which you may find useful.
Let me know your thoughts and what your experiences of the 2v2 game with your players are like.
