General Discussion

Hi coaches, as we approach the end of another year and look forward to what the New Year might hold, I was giving some thought to how we might change things to "enable" our youngest players (and still children) to have a great time if they chose to try football right at the beginning of their sporting journey.

It would be great if we shared our thoughts and ideas on this forum.

I have attached some ideas to get the discussion going.
