Physical literacy fun

Week 3 starts with a great warm up for all ages as it involves stopping, starting, changes in direction AND needs lots of awareness and scanning.

We then move to an individual focus again with the this activity. Be patient with the players as their points totals might be quite low to begin with but over the weeks it will be great to see how these points totals are getting bigger and bigger as individual ability improves.

Individual ability is again the focus with this final game as the 1v1 focus quickly changes into helping and supporting teammates as the game unfolds.
